Mini Cooper mevd swap

Hello everyone, I have swapped a dme on a 2009 vehicle, the car stared out fine. But I have a check engine light on for EGS CAN Fault, the car is a manual transmission. I have tried to clone it, again, the code is not going away. I have used Ktag, clone version, to do the work. Vin and ISN is fine but can't this error go away. What's the solution to this problem? Thank you in advance
